Valjeune is a recruitment consultancy specialising in the Defence and National Security sectors in the UK. We provide high quality, motivated, and very capable individuals who match the culture and values of our clients.

Our clients are companies that supply solutions and services to the UK Ministry of Defence and Government Agencies.

We are no ordinary recruitment company; we have a passion for service and an empathy with the end user, which comes from having worked in defence and national security for many years ourselves. We never present candidates to clients without interviewing them first, checking references, confirming technical competency and motivation, and ensuring that they match the culture of the client organisation. Furthermore, we nurture and value our candidates and take an active interest in the professional development and welfare of contractors and temporary staff; we interview clients to ensure that we understand their requirements and working culture and that they meet our high standards of duty of care. We treat clients and candidates as equal partners in the recruitment process – essentially we bring the two together for mutual benefit and the benefit of our nation.
